Aspen Ridge
When Andrew Scott Wills created the first record for Hawken Horse, it came along with a lifelong love of folk story-telling and iconic soundtracks from classic westerns. In the digital music age, those two worlds are segregated into separate listening experiences. Because of that, instrumental Hawken Horse songs don't find their key audience. And so was born Aspen Ridge, the instrumental outpouring of Hawken Horse, Andrew Scott Wills and beyond.
Aspen Ridge leans into the adventurous, mysterious and gritty unknown and is often musically inspired from scores such as The Last of the Mohicans, Black Sails, The Revenant, Lord of the Rings and the Red Dead Redemption video game franchise.
Currently, Aspen Ridge is only available for streaming and downloading. CDs may be available in the future. Use these tracks on your TikTok and Instagram videos, put your favorites into a playlist to listen to while you need to focus or want to be inspired. You may also hear some of these tracks in Film/TV as they are placed in various projects.
